Full Day Tour
We’ll pick you up from your hotel at 09:00 am and drive you to Historical Lima. We’ll stop at Plaza Mayor and visit the Cathedral of Lima and Museum. It has undergone many reconstructions and transformations since first built. It retains its colonial structure and façade. You’ll have time to take pictures of Plaza Mayor and its old water fountain. We’ll watch the changing of the President’s Guard at Government Palace which is a beautiful performance compared to the one at Buckingham Palace.
Then you’ll visit the Chocolate Museum, where you will watch the process of how the bean to chocolate bar is made step by step, beginning with the pods being cut down from the trees and split open.
Visit to Convent of San Francisco and its Museum and Catacombs. The church and convent are part of the Historic Center of Lima, which was added to the UNESCO World Heritage List in 1991.
Lunch will be at 01:00 pm, and after that, we will move to the modern area of Lima, San Isidro. We’ll take a panoramic view of Huaca Huallamarca, which is an Adobe Pyramid archaeological site that was built in 200 BC and its main original purpose was to serve as a place for worshipping for the tribes of the Lima Culture.
Visit to Huaca Pucllana, located in the district of Miraflores. It’s a great adobe and clay pyramid built from seven staggered platforms. It served as an important ceremonial and administrative center for the advancement of the Lima Culture, a society that developed on the Peruvian Central Coast between the 8th and 12th Centuries before the Inca Civilization.

We will stop by Mall Larcomar and take some pictures of this unique Mall built on a cliff with a beautiful beach view. Finally, we’ll drive back to Hotel at 06:00 pm.
