• Cathedral of Cusco: It’s a colonial and religious monument, decorated with fine art works in carved wood and impressive altars and very beautiful paintings, made by hand by local artists from the famous School of Cusco.
• Koricancha Temple: This was the most important temple in the Inca Empire. It is also known as the Temple of the Sun because it was dedicated to the Inty, ancient Inca sun God. You’ll be impressed with the highest level of hard stone cutting shown in their walls.
• Sacsayhuaman: It’s an impressive fortress built with excellent architecture.  The stones used in the construction of the terraces in the plaza zone are the largest used in any building in pre-Hispanic America.  They display a precision of cutting and fitting that is unmatched in the Americas. “Inty Raymi” is celebrated in Sacsayhuaman every 24^th of June.
• Qenqo: This is one of the largest huacas, holy places, found in Cusco.  This was a place where sacrifices and mummification took place.
• Puka Pukara: This was a strategic place used as an old Tambo, for control and surveillance of access and exit from the Imperial city of Cusco.
• Tambomachay: Known as “Baños Del Inca”, was a ceremonial center where Incas used to worship the water.  This is also known as the place of the waters of the eternal youth.
• When finished with Cusco City Tour, we’ll take you to a traditional market, where you will see the work of artisans and where you can also buy some souvenirs and take photos around.
